Mac Users - Self-Service Password Reset

1- Log into your email via O365.


2- In In the upper right-hand corner, click your initials.


3- Click View Account 


4- Click Change Password

 

Do not hesitate to reach out to the helpdesk if you experience any issues or need assistance changing your password.



Note for new password rules:

  • At least 10 characters—the more characters, the better.     
  • A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters.     
  • A mixture of letters and numbers.     
  • Inclusion of at least one special character, e.g., ! @ # ? ] Note: do not use < or > in your password, as both can cause problems in Web browsers
