If you can't connect to your VPN or if you have seen in the past 15 days a notification stating your password is about to expire, please follow the instructions below:
1 - Go to Office.com
2- Select “View Account”
3- Select “Change Password”
4- Enter your current password.
5- Enter your new password.
6- Re-Enter your new password.
Note: Please provide 15-20 mins for it to sync, before connecting to the VPN
