  • Select Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard. 
  • Select Change Password 
  • Enter your current password.
  • Enter your new password.
  • Re-Enter your new password.

Remote Staff

 

  1. Go to Office.com
  2. Select “View Account”
  3. Select “Change Password”
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Re-Enter your new password.

 

Note: Please provide 15-20 mins for it to sync, before connecting to the VPN

Mac Users

 

Log into your email via O365.
 In the upper right-hand corner, click your initials.

Click View Account

Click Change Password

 

Don’t hesitate to reach out to the helpdesk if you experience any issues or need assistance changing your password.



Note for new password rules-

  • At least 10 characters—the more characters, the better.     
  • A mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters.     
  • A mixture of letters and numbers.     
  • Inclusion of at least one special character, e.g., ! @ # ? ] Note: do not use < or > in your password, as both can cause problems in Web browsers.
