Deauthorize Ring Central

If you come across the above message when logging into the RC App please follow the Instructions below to help you login to your RC App 


  1. Within the ‘Limit Reached’ pop up click on the blue underlined word ‘account’  

*once you click on ‘account’ you will be directed to your user account online* 

 


2. On your User account confirm you are under your Extension number 

  1. Click the Drop down for ‘Phones & Numbers’ 

  1. Click ‘Phones’  

  1. Click edit on the listed phone *you will have to do this for all phones listed* 

 


  1. Click ‘Deauthorize this Computer 

 


  1. Click ‘save’ 

  1. *Repeat if there are more listed phones* 


3. Once you deauthorized the listed phones, re- Login to your Ring Central App
