Follow the steps below to change your own Password, PIN or Security Question using the RingCentral Phone for Mobile.
1. Launch the RingCentral App or login to RC online
(Steps 2-3 are for app only; for online, just skip to step 4)
2. Tap on the settings gear
3. Tap My Extension Settings 4. Click on User details
5. Scroll down, then tap Change Password.
6. Tap Continue.
7. Enter your Current Password, then your New Password, PIN or Security Question. Follow the Password and PIN criteria, see Password and PIN Requirements.
8. Tap Save to confirm the changes.
You will see any of the 2 notification errors below when you have entered a wrong phone number and/or password combination, or a wrong email and/or password combination

When you have entered a wrong Phone Number and password combination. | Invalid phone number or password. Please try again. |
When you have entered a wrong Email and password combination. | The email or password is incorrect. Please reset your password or try to sign in with phone number. |
