Login to Splashtop
**note: Account must be Created before this step**
1- Double clicks the Splashtop Business icon on the desktop
2- Login to Splashtop with User credentials for Splashtop
Email: Work Email (FirstName.LastName@Uniteddentalpartners.com)
Password: Splashtop Password
3- Click ‘Log In’
Connect to a Remote Computer
1- Navigate to the office of the computer you would like to Remote connect to by scrolling down to the office the machine is at.
2- Next to each office name there is a drop-down icon () that must be clicked in order to view all the computers at the site.
3- When you have found the computer that you would like to connect to, click on the icon to the right of the computer name (see Below)
4- Enter your Windows Login (what you use to login to computers)
Username
Password
AKD
Click ‘Ok’
You are logged in if you see the screen of the computer appear.
Knowing your Remote Task Bar
The following is for users to understand the options when navigating on the remote computer.
At the top of the screen there should be a task bar as followed:

| Quickly switch monitor screens on remote computer |
| -Choose the monitor you would like Or -View all monitors (one window/Multiwindow) |
| -Change scale size -Frame Rate -Show/Hide cursor on Remote computer |

| -Blank Screen of user on the other end -Lock User mouse and Keyboard of user on live desktop -Paste clipboard as keystrokes -Share personal Desktop |

| Start Recording screen |
| Chat with user on computer through a chat |
