1- Open Settings
2- In the Search box type "VPN/ VPN Settings"
3- Click on VPN Settings
3. Click on Advanced Option
4. Click "Clear sign-in info
**repeat steps as needed to clear sign in-information**
6. RE-Connect to VPN
**When entering your Username please try the following**
1. Capital first letters ex:(First.Last)
**Password for VPN should be updated if you change your Windows password was reseted or expired **
