How to Create/Assign an email on OpenDental

  1. Make sure the office email you are adding is on Active Directory.
  2. After confirming the email is on AD, go to OpenDental and select Setup > Manage > Email
  3. Click on E-mail > Add
  4. Fill in the form
  5. After adding the email go to Lists > Clinics
     
  6. Double click on the clinic you'd like to assign the email address in the email address box. To select the email you'd like to assign click on the three dots next to the form box. Click on OK and that will be the default email address for that clinic
